Common questions

Can I really make a card for free?

Yes. Sign up, design your card, share the QR. No card, no commitment. We only charge for short custom URLs, NFC cards, and team features.

Do scans of my card count toward a limit?

No. Free cards have unlimited shares, scans, and Add-to-Contacts saves. We don't meter your network.

Do you take a cut of my leads or sales?

Never. LoomThai is a flat fee. Anyone who scans your card and contacts you is yours.

Can I pay in cash, PromptPay, or M-Pesa?

Yes. We accept PromptPay (Thailand), M-Pesa (Kenya), Stripe, and bank transfer. Annual plans get a 15% discount.

I run an agency — can I resell LoomThai?
